Sydney Oyster Tours offer immersive culinary tours on the Hawkesbury River, one hour from Sydney. They provide a premium tourism experience which takes participants on a boat ride out to the oyster leases to learn about the evolution of farming and see the current cultivation methods. At the conclusion of the tour a sample of freshly shucked Sydney Rock and Pacific Oysters will be served. An add-on option is available for couples to be taken to a secluded beach to enjoy a fresh seafood lunch with a bottle of wine following the tour, must be booked in advance. Bookings dependant on minimum numbers.
