Maffco Brewery and Distillery

A newly establish brewery and distillery in Maffra, East Gippsland, focusing on local produce and relationships with local producers. They brew their own range of beers on tap, as well as showcase other Gippsland beers.

Food will have a focus on telling the story of Gippsland and the love that the local farmers have for producing their products. They operate in a main hall with "brewery" type food, as well as a fine dining restaurant.
