The gallery features two exhibition spaces. The Exhibition Gallery presents a program of themed exhibitions that change every six weeks, showcasing the work of local and visiting artists. The Main Gallery operates as the Members Gallery, displaying a rotating selection of artworks by members of the Woolgoolga Art Group.
The gallery also includes a retail shop offering handmade art and craft by gallery members, providing visitors with the opportunity to purchase unique, locally created pieces.
Beyond exhibitions, Woolgoolga Art Gallery is home to two studio spaces. One is fully equipped for ceramics, with pottery wheels and a kiln, while the second hosts art classes, workshops and creative activities throughout the year.
