Luxury Terraces
All Luxury Terraces at Edgewater Terraces were recently refurbished and ooze charm and style; they offer different and unique features for a luxuriously comfortable stay. The Luxury Terraces have a queen bedroom upstairs with private balcony and a separate bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. Also upstairs is the second bedroom with either two pairs of bunks or two single beds. Downstairs is the open living area of dining and lounge with woodfire, television, DVD and split system air conditioning. The conveniently appointed and well equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dish washer. The Luxury Terraces features beautifully appointed kitchens and a lounge room which opens out on to a lower balcony with outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the sun. They all have a laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. All linen and towels are supplied as well as a barbecue for your convenience.
Deluxe Terraces
The Deluxe Terraces feature open plan living and personal balconies, making them a perfect choice for couples throughout the year. The newly built three bedroom/two bathroom Deluxe Terraces are beautifully appointed with large open plan living, stainless steel appliances and split system air conditioning as well as a log flame heater. One has a sunken lounge and a beautiful king size bedroom with ensuite and private balcony while another provides an outdoor undercover cooking/eating area. These Deluxe Terraces each have a queen bedroom downstairs providing each couple with their own bedroom and bathroom. With designer lounges and new appliances in the kitchen, the contemporary feel will soothe you in to the holiday mood. Some of the Gippsland Lakes Deluxe Terraces have a spa in the bathroom, a wood fire and water views. All have spectacular garden views and outstanding appointments and refurbishments. No matter which of the Terraces you choose you can be sure of comfort and luxury. Sit back, relax and enjoy the waterside tranquillity of East Gippsland.
Lakeview Terrace House
This Gippsland Lakes accommodation features two separate living areas, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and balconies overlooking the water. This Terrace House sleeps ten persons and is a perfect haven for two families or three couples holidaying together. Upstairs there are three queen bedrooms (one has a private balcony and en suite). There is a separate bathroom with bath, shower and a separate toilet. Also upstairs is the fourth bedroom with two pairs of bunks. Downstairs, the Gippsland Lakes accommodation features an open living area of dining and lounge with wood fire, television, DVD and two split system air-conditioners. The beautifully appointed and well equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dish washer. The lounge room opens out on to a lower balcony with outdoor furniture also with beautiful water views. Off the lounge room is a games room for the children with an XBOX machine. There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. All linen and towelling is supplied as well as a barbecue on the outside deck. This is a wonderful choice for the larger group wanting quality time with family and friends and perfect for a small seminar or conference.
