Historical Waterways

Historical Waterways Self Drive Tour takes you on a 110km journey through New Italy, Bungawalbin Creek, Whiporie, Neiley's Lagoon and Coraki. Through these small country towns you will experience an old school site in New Italy as well as the New Italy Historical Museum, a high marsupial population at Bungawalbin Creek, delicious food at the general store in Whiporie, native wildlife at Neiley's Lagoon and what was once the busiest inland port on the Richmond River in Coraki.
