The modern fully equipped kitchen boasts a stainless steel island bench housing a gas cook-top, dishwasher and double sink. For your entertainment, a 46-inch LCD flat screen television with surround sound speaker system, Bluray DVD and compact disc player are provided in the lounge room and a television and DVD/video player are provided in the family room. To keep you cool in summer the house is provided with air-conditioning in the lounge, dining and kitchen areas with overhead fans in the bedrooms and family rooms and to keep you cosy in winter thermostat controlled underfloor heating is available right throughout the house. Enjoy the privacy of the lovely rural property and maybe have a bonfire in an outdoor fire-pit on a starry night.
